- What does a membership include?
- Each plan includes one treatment every month — Essential, Premier or Ultimate — plus benefits for all tiers such as 50% off all boosts, 10% off Spa Boutique purchases and waxing, and $15 savings on upgraded treatments. The treatments each plan covers are listed above.
- What happens to a treatment I don't use?
- Unused membership treatments roll over for up to 12 months from their original monthly charge date while your membership remains active. Rollovers aren't available during a pause, and unredeemed treatments end if a membership is cancelled.
- Can I pause my membership?
- Yes. Memberships may be paused for up to three months per calendar year. Benefits, rollovers and member savings aren't available during a pause.
- Can I share my membership benefits?
- Every tier includes Family Share, and members get exclusive access to Bring-a-Friend Essential Gift Cards. Spavia Lowry Town Center can tell you exactly how each works.
- How do I cancel my membership?
- Spavia memberships automatically renew every 12 months. To cancel, please contact your Spavia location directly by phone or email — cancellations cannot be processed online. Memberships may also be paused for up to three months per calendar year; benefits, rollovers, and member savings aren't available during a pause. Once a membership is cancelled, access to unredeemed Membership Treatments, Rollover Treatments, and discounted Gift Cards ends. Spavia reserves the right to modify membership terms with advance written notice.
