Spavia Day Spa provides massage therapy, skin care, body treatments, beauty services, and related spa services through independently owned and operated franchise locations. Service availability, pricing, and hours may vary by location.

We recommend booking appointments in advance through our online booking system or by contacting your local Spavia directly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at the discretion of the individual location.

• Membership agreements are between you and your local Spavia franchise location.
• Monthly membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis.
• Unused sessions may roll over according to your membership tier terms.
• Cancellation policies are set by individual franchise locations. Please contact your local Spavia for membership cancellation details.
• Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• Spavia gift cards are redeemable at all participating Spavia Day Spa locations.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
