What to Expect

Your visit, step by step

  1. Arrive a little early

Come about 15 minutes before your appointment. That's time to check in, complete a brief health intake, slip into a warm robe, and begin to unwind in the Retreat Room.

  2. A gentle consultation

Your specialist will ask about your goals, any areas of concern, pressure preferences, and health considerations — so your treatment is tailored to you.

  3. Your treatment

Settle in and let go. Your specialist checks in on pressure and comfort throughout; speak up whenever you'd like. This hour is entirely yours.

  4. Afterward

Linger as long as you like. Drink plenty of water, enjoy how light you feel, and we'll happily help you set up your next visit when you're ready.

Helpful Tips

Before you arrive

A few small things to know — so you can simply arrive and let the day fall away.

What to wear

Wear whatever is comfortable. For massage and body treatments you'll undress to your comfort level and be properly draped the entire time. Robes and slippers are always provided.

What to bring

Just yourself. If you have a gift card or a new-guest welcome offer, bring that along — everything else, from robes to towels to products, is here waiting.

Health considerations

Let us know if you're pregnant, have allergies, recent injuries, skin conditions, or any health concerns. We'll personalize your treatment around them.

Tipping

Gratuity is always appreciated and never required. If you loved your treatment, a tip of 15–20% is customary in the spa industry.
