All you need to know about your Spavia experience
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Starting your service on time allows you the full relaxing experience you deserve. Your welcome forms, locker, spa robe, spa sandals and a warm aromatherapy neck pillow will be waiting for you. Make the most of your spa experience by relaxing in our retreat room before and after your services. All treatments will end on time. After your Spavia experience, enjoy our signature tea and drink plenty of water.
In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of a single service and 48 hours in advance of multiple services. Spalebration cancellations must be made 36 hours in advance, otherwise 50% will be charged. All services must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments or for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with spavia. memberships must be canceled in writing 30 days before renewal date.
Cell phones & personal property
To maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, please turn off your cell phone or other communication devices. Cell phones and pagers are not allowed in the retreat area or treatment rooms. In addition, purses, bags, and other personal property are not allowed in the treatment rooms. Spavia and its employees are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property, even if items are secured in one of the spa’s lockers.
Parents and guardians must sign a consent form for any spa guest under the age of 18. We do not offer lash extensions to children under 16 years of age. We ask for assistance in ensuring that they respect the quiet, relaxing environment of the spa.
Gift cards, product and membership purchases
Gift cards are available in any denomination and for any treatment. Gift cards are non-refundable. We also offer a variety of products to purchase for at-home use. Sanitas may be returned within 30 days with a receipt or spa credit without receipt. Make-up and other product offerings are final sale. Spafinder and Spawish gift cards can be used but are not accepted at all locations and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Memberships are for a minimum of three months and may not be transferred. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Members may not use any discounted bring-a-friend gift cards for personal use at any time; before, during or after their membership. Memberships must be canceled in writing, with 30 days notice, on a Spavia cancellation form. If written cancellation is less than thirty days of auto-renewal, the cancellation will be in effect the following month.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk. For parties of 5 or more, 18% gratuity will be added to each service.
Making appointment may be made online or by calling us directly. For spalebrations, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added for all services and there is a 36 hour cancellation policy, otherwise 50% will be charged.
We accept cash, checks, visa, amex , mastercard. There will be a $20 charge for all returned checks. Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. Spafinder and Spawish gift cards can be used but are not accepted at all locations and may not be used with other offers, promotions or discounts.
To ensure a healthy, safe environment, Spavia is a non-smoking facility.
If you have any ailments, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of mother-to-be and baby, we are only able to provide massage in the second and third trimesters.
